What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the job location and a description of the work. When you call or email us we keep the details needed to quote and complete the job.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, quote and carry out the work, invoice you, and keep the records a business is required to keep. Website enquiries are delivered to us by an automated messaging service and stored in a private job log so nothing gets lost. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them.
Who sees it
Only the people who need it to do the job: Sid, and the service providers that run our website, email, messaging and job log (for example our hosting and email providers). They may store data in Australia or overseas and are bound by their own privacy obligations. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies. It may use basic, privacy-friendly traffic statistics to see which pages are useful. The map on the contact page is provided by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy when you interact with it.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email sid@cqcivilhydro.com.au.
